I&TS Netherlands bv is a consulting engineering/draughting company based in Voerendaal (The Netherlands) with business interests in Europe and abroad. The company was founded in 2000 by German national Marc Nysten and Dutch national Lars Vodeb.
In 2002 Nysten Africa (Pty) Ltd was established and registered in South Africa as a supporting company for all draughting needs of the European market (long term projects) under supervision of I&TS Netherlands bv.
With the head office in Voerendaal, two branch offices in Rotterdam and Amersfoort and one branch office in Centurion (South Africa), I&TS Netherlands bv employ qualified draughtsmen, in Europe and in South Africa.
In 2006 Nysten CAD/Engineering (Pty) Ltd was established as an independent entity that caters for the South African market and uses its resources from Nysten Africa (Pty) Ltd, if necessary.
The head office is located in Centurion (Gauteng Province) and early 2008 a branch office was opened in Cape Town (Western Province).
In 2007 Nysten CAD/Engineering (Pty) Ltd embraced the BBEE Act and established the Nysten Staff Trust [IT5835/07] voluntarily, to recognize that it is a constitutional and economic imperative to a prosperous economy for all our country's citizens and therefore, a larger market in which to trade.
Unfortunately legalities arose with the company name, which then favourably lead to the “birth” of Beyontec Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd in 2010. Furthermore, Beyontec Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd is now a black woman-owned enterprise.

 Since conception early 2007, Beyontec Engineering Services (Pty) Ltd has trained and imparted advanced skills to its employees.
The employees receive (local) training in the latest Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit and Inventor), Bentley software (Microstation) and Graphisoft software (ArchiCAD).
Futhermore, they receive (local) training in Nordined and StabiCAD application. Both are used for all our international projects.
Due to the fact that the Nordined and StabiCAD applications are in Dutch language the employees are also taught basic Dutch.
